Caragh Arthur

My first degree, in Sociology and Social Anthropology, shaped how I view people, cultures, societal power hierarchies, disability, and the world of work. This foundation is core to AEL’s culture and mission. People are always at the heart of what we do, and we empower them with knowledge.

My postgraduate degree in HR management puts the theory into practice. With years of experience managing people and working in HR, I am a CIPD member with a level 7 CIPD diploma.

I'm an HR consultant that holds a BA in business, my HR experience is hard-won through years of experience working in the charity sector and with small-medium size businesses.  I enjoy ensuring clients are well managed and have the most up to date advice and guidance available to make HR decisions. I have a passion for overarching business strategies and organisational design.  My approach is to adopt a firm, yet fair path to managing complex grievances and disciplines.
